If an order arrives incorrect or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide video proof of the unboxing at the time of opening. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be denied.
If a shipping error is verified, we will replace the affected item at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued.
